This vacation home is a terraced house and is located in Katwijk aan Zee in an ideal
and quiet location, just a minute from the beach and the center.
The house is rented out all year round, usually to families or couples.
or partner communities.
The living room has seating, a TV, radio, CD/DVD player and wireless internet.
The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances such as a stove, fridge with freezer compartment
freezer, coffee maker and kettle.
A washer, dryer and dishwasher are available !
Those who can't use it get a free parking ticket for a car for the parking garage.
There are three bedrooms. One bedroom (3.45 x 3.00) has a double bed, the second small bedroom (2.20 x 2.55) has a
bunk bed for two people.
The third bedroom (3.45 x 3.00) is in the loft with 3 single beds (90x200).
With an additional folding bed in the double bedroom an 8th person is possible.
I also have a summer house behind the house for 2 people.
In total it is therefore possible to rent for up to 10(!) people.

From 2024, we will no longer have seasonal prices.
Only 63 days per year may be rented out.

Also for rent for a minimum of 5 days, € 275 per day.
